All returns must comply with our return policy. Unnoticed returns are the buyer's responsibility, with return shipping costs borne by the buyer.

After 14 Days: Issues reported beyond 14 days are eligible for repair only. Returns are not accepted beyond this period.

No Returns/Exchanges: Custom-designed or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged but can be repaired or upgraded. Any modifications to standard items are considered custom orders.
Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be canceled once payment is made. Design changes after payment may incur additional charges. If we cancel, labour costs will be deducted from your refund.

6. Warranty & Repair Service:
Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on all jewelry purchases and limited lifetime service post-warranty.
Repairs: Available for a fee within the warranty period. Contact us for repair timelines and assistance.

7. Shipping Policy:
Tracking: A tracking number is provided upon shipment. Delays or issues after shipment are the buyer's and courier's responsibility.
Address Changes: Address changes post-shipping are not guaranteed; verify your address before shipment. Contact us for special shipping arrangements.

8. Semi-Mount Ring Specifications:
Customization: Specify stone measurements and share photos for customization. Stone shapes include various cuts. You are responsible for setting your own main stone.
Final Product: Photos of the final setup are provided for your approval. Issues from setting the main stone are not covered under our responsibility.

9. Confidentiality:
Data Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except for order processing and legal requirements.
